There are lots of trainers, experts in the field giving seminars or conducting training programs about immigrants and especially for the refugees as newcomers.  However, it is not very possible to find real-life experience within these training programs.

It is understandable because you may not give your audience the core problems or solutions without living with it for some time in your life.
